Terms of STOREE Referral Lottery

By participating in the STOREE referral lottery (the „Program“), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the „Terms“).

The Program allows you to invite people you know to sign up for a STOREE account via a personalized link (the „Invite Link“). If you are the person inviting friends to join STOREE, you are a „Referrer“ under these terms, and if you are a person who receives an invitation, you are a „Referee“. You can win a reward when friends you invite to join STOREE through the Program satisfy the criteria of a Qualified Referral (as defined below).

The Program is owned and conducted by eigenlinks B.V. („We“), a company having its address at Kastanjelaan 400, Eindhoven, Noord-Brabant 5616LZ, Netherlands and being registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 75345579.

We have the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, and without prior notice, to terminate, cancel, suspend or modify the Program or these Terms and to nullify any claims on Rewards in the context of this Program.

1. Participation

To be eligible to participate in the Program as a Referrer the following conditions must apply:

• The Referrer must be a real person residing in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland or The United Kingdom;
• The Referrer must be at least 18 years old;
• The Referrer must possess an active account in the app STOREE throughout the whole Promotional Period (as defined below);
• The Referrer received a personal invitation from us to participate in the Program (via email or in-app notification).

We reserve the right to exclude Referrers from participation at any time and in our sole discretion, and without prior notice, e.g. in case of:

• Manipulation (e.g. via the creation of fake accounts or multiple accounts per person);
• Violation of these Terms;
• Fraudulent behavior;
• Wrong or misleading information.

A Referrer who has been excluded from participation loses all direct or indirect claims to receive a Reward in the context of this Program.

2. Qualified Referral

A Referee must satisfy the following conditions to be considered as a „Qualified Referral“ of a Referrer:

• The Referee must be a real person different to the Referrer and residing in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland or The United Kingdom;
• The Referee must be at least 18 years old;
• The Referee must not already possess an account in the app STOREE;
• Prior to installing the app STOREE, the Referee must be told by the Referrer that the Referrer may receive a monetary reward if the Referee creates a new account in the app STOREE;
• The Referee must install the app STOREE via the Invite Link of the Referrer;
• The Referee must create a new account in the app STOREE, using an email address that is in possession of the Referee;
• The Referee must within the Promotional Period (as defined below) load at least one order confirmation from an online shop and issued to the Referee into the app STOREE;
• The STOREE account of the Referee must remain active until the end of the Program.

3. Promotional Period

The Program is active from 10 December 2021 at 00:00 to 31 December 2021 at 23:59 CEST (the „Promotional Period“).

4. Lottery

Every Referrer who has at least one Qualified Referral is eligible for participating in the „Lottery“, whereas every Qualified Referral corresponds to one „Lot“, up to a maximum of 10 Lots per Referrer in total.

Usually Qualified Referrals are automatically attributed to the respective Referrers (by using the Invite Link), but due to technical limitations this might not always be the case. In such cases it is the obligation of the referrer to provide us with proof that she indeed initiated the Qualified Referral; in case that no sufficient proof is provided, such Qualified Referrals are not considered as a Lot.

Upon completion of the Program, we will randomly draw one Lot from all Lots. The drawn Lot makes the corresponding Referrer eligible for receiving a payment of 100€ (the „Reward“).

The Referrer eligible for the Reward will subsequently receive an email to the email address used in her STOREE account, stating the Referrer’s Reward and requesting the payment details to which the Reward shall be transferred.

The payment details must be provided to us by the Referrer before 31 January 2022, must belong to the Referrer and must satisfy the conditions as set forth in the email requesting the payment details.

Provided that these conditions apply, the Referrer will be transferred the Reward within 7 business days after submitting the payment details.

We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or revoke a Reward if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, or if we restrict or close your STOREE account pursuant to the STOREE Terms of Use.

5. Governing Law

This Program is governed by Dutch law. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and the STOREE Terms of Use.
